- Start by seasoning the chicken breasts generously with blackening seasoning on both sides.

Assembly
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and diced avocado. Gently toss the salad together.
- Top the salad with the sliced blackened chicken and sprinkle the feta cheese over the top.
- Drizzle your choice of dressing over the salad just before serving, or you can serve the dressing on the side.
