Preparation
  1. Start by washing the broccoli florets thoroughly.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using), then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds for garnish.

Notes

Consider using hoisin sauce instead of oyster sauce for a Halal-friendly option. Avoid overcooking the broccoli to maintain its vibrant color.
