  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Ensure the cream cheese is soft for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Use sharp cheddar for more flavor.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing You can substitute with garlic sauce or creamy Caesar dressing.
For assembly
  • 12 small flour tortillas Use small tortillas for easy rolling.
  • 1 can cooking spray To help with browning the taquitos.
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions For garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to get ready for that perfect crunch.

Serving
  1. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes. For meal prepping, freeze unbaked taquitos for up to two months and bake directly from the freezer, increasing the baking time slightly.
