Ingredients

Dip Ingredients
  • 1 cup fried pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by chopping your fried pickles into small bits so they mix well into the dip.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. This will be your creamy base.
  3. Stir in the chopped fried pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dip chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions before serving with your favorite chips or veggies.

Notes

For a healthier twist, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream or use pepper jack cheese for added heat. Letting the dip chill longer will enhance the flavors. Ensure cream cheese is very soft for the best texture.
