- In a large pan over medium heat, add the butter and let it melt until it’s frothy but not browned.
- Toss in the minced garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute until it’s fragrant but not burnt.
- Gradually add the fresh spinach to the pan, stirring continuously. It may seem like a lot at first, but spinach wilts down considerably.
- Once the spinach is wilted (about 3-5 minutes), sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer it to a serving dish and enjoy while it’s hot!
Notes
For a healthier option, you can substitute olive oil for butter. Avoid overcooking the spinach to keep it tender and vibrant. Rinse the spinach thoroughly to remove any dirt.
