Ingredients

For the Crust
  • 1 package Twix bars, chopped
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whipped cream
For the Toppings
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of your prepared pan to form an even layer.
Make the Filling
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and continue to beat until creamy.
  2. Mix in the vanilla extract, followed by the eggs, one at a time. Blend until well incorporated.
  3. Fold in the chopped Twix bars into the cream cheese mixture.
Baking
  1. Pour the filling over your crust and smooth out the top.
  2. Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and does not jiggle. Allow the bars to cool to room temperature.
Chill
  1. Cover the pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible, to allow them to fully set.
Serve
  1. Once chilled, cut into squares and drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, make sure to soften your cream cheese thoroughly and avoid overbaking to prevent cracks. Homemade caramel sauce can enhance the flavor.
