Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk to make the eggs fluffier
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter for sautéing vegetables
Optional Additions
  • 1 cup Chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach, etc.) Feel free to get creative!
  • 1 cup Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite) Optional
  • 1 cup Cooked meat (halal sausage or chicken) Optional

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather your ingredients to streamline the cooking process.
  2. In a bowl, crack the 4 eggs, add 1 tablespoon of milk, and season with salt and pepper. Whisk until well-combined and frothy.
  3. Chop your preferred vegetables and sauté them in a pan with butter over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until they soften.
Cooking
  1. Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables. Let it sit for a moment, then use a spatula to gently pull the cooked edges toward the center, letting uncooked eggs flow to the edges.
  2. Repeat this process until the eggs are about 90% cooked.
  3. If adding cheese or cooked halal meat, sprinkle them over the eggs now and let them melt into the mixture.
Serving
  1. Once the eggs are fully cooked but still creamy, remove the pan from heat, serve immediately, and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat gently with a splash of milk to restore creaminess. Avoid high heat to maintain fluffy texture.
